What a lovely cottage, clean, cosy & everything you need for your stay. The summer house was a great addition for early mornings! Will be booking again for next year maybe a little longer this time. Thank you.

Visited Croft Cottage with a friend for a relaxing few days away and that is exactly what we had. Croft Cottage is so homely and has absolutely everything we needed. The cottage is clean, spacious, cosy and very comfortable. We felt right at home as soon as we entered. The bedrooms are bright and spacious and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The living room is really relaxing and perfect for chilling out in the evening after a day by the seaside. Off road parking is available and the summerhouse in the garden was a real treat! Endless entertainment was provided through board games, DVDs and Netflix. The location is great with lots of lovely walks to do plus pubs, supermarkets, beaches and restaurants near by. I did not want to leave and would absolutely recommend to a friend!!

Everything was as described and super clean. The garden was perfect for the two dogs and great walk along the coast on the doorstep. Hosts were welcoming and accommodating of a changed date. Cottage is a home from home. Will be returning.

We stayed for 4 nights in August and wished we’d stayed longer. The cottage was immaculate and had everything we needed and so much more!! It was a fantastic place to come back to at the end of a full day out!! Location was fantastic- we visited Bempton cliffs, Sewerby Hall and Gardens (great place for a full day out), Danes Dyke, Flambrough beach/Lighthouse (we could see seals just off the cliff on the beach) and South landing beach, all minutes from the cottage- perfect!! South landing beach was great for rockpools at low tide, our 8year old daughter loved it! Communication was brilliant and I couldn’t fault the hosts Karen and Nick at all, they just leave you to it but if you need anything they are on hand straight away! We walked to the Seabird Inn down the road and the food was gorgeous so would recommend that as a place to eat. Would 100% recommend to others and would 100% stay again.

Croft Cottage is an excellent place to stay with everything you could wish for. The accommodation is a very high standard and in excellent condition and well equipped. Dog friendly and well kept enclosed garden with the bonus of a summer house. It is a great base to explore the near by costal cliffs.

We stayed at Croft Cottage for a few days, early in October, and were very impressed with the spotless condition and tasteful decor. The cottage is also thoughtfully equipped, with everything you will need for a perfect stay. It was comfortable and cosy, with lots of ‘home’ touches. To us, having not visited the Yorkshire East coast, the location was amazing, so much to do along the coastline, and easily accessible walks on the doorstep. We did the Danes Dyke walk, which is very near to the cottage and descends to the beach, and we also loved Bempton Cliffs. Seaside towns are only a few miles away, Whitby and Scarborough were well worth the visits. The weather was fine, and the people friendly. It is not often that we aren’t ready to go home after a break, but on this occasion, we were sorry to leave Croft Cottage. There was so much more we want to see, we will definitely return before too long. Thank you for a wonderful and much needed break.

This property is in a perfect location for easy access to the beautiful Yorkshire coast. It is new but has the feel of a traditional cottage with many features which give it character eg sloping ceilings, an exposed brick chimney breast and latched doors. It is decorated tastefully with attention to detail making the cottage feel homely and welcoming. The fittings and furnishings are of good quality with comfortable beds, sofa and chairs. There is absolutely everything you could possibly need .and more . Bedding and towels are good …all adding to the feeling of quality. Everywhere is spotlessly clean. Booking of this property through its owners was easy and and they provided us with everything we needed to know. I would happily recommend this cottage to my friends and hope to return someday myself.

We have just returned from a much needed break at this perfect cottage. The lovely, modern and characterful 3 bed cottage was ideal for our needs and well appointed for everything you could possibly need during a holiday. The location was ideal to explore by foot or car, with some absolutely breath taking walks on the doorstep and easy access to plenty of fun things to do for all ages. With 3 kids under 6, we managed to keep them happy and well occupied in the local area. Walking 1k to the cliffs on an evening after dinner was a particular delight. The whole trip was made even better and much easier by the owners, who were the most lovely and helpful I have experienced in 30+ years of holidaying in the UK and abroad. Nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Not to mention the simplicity of having to amend the booking due to Covid. We will definitely be back again!

Wow wow wow! What an amazing place to stay! First of all we loved the cottage being upside down living as our home is the same so for us it was truly home from home with lovely friends and horse views. Perfect location in a beautiful village. Outstandingly clean and fresh throughout. It has everything you need from washing machine, & indoor dryer to a cupboard full of board games. The bedrooms were perfect size for us being a family of 5. Cannot praise Karen & Nick enough for super communication and helpfulness. We also received a lovely message and welcome gift upon arrival. The garden was lovely and enclosed so the boys could play football or chill out side. There’s also a fantastic picnic bench which we used numerous times to eat on. The beds were super comfy, in fact my boys never argued about bed time and stayed in bed alot longer than usual. There were plenty of towels provided in fact we didn’t use half of them. Parking was fab too, was nice to be allocated your own space with plenty of room. There’s so much to explore, see and do in Flamborough. If you want a nice, quiet and beautiful place to stay then Croft Cottage is the perfect place. We are 100% rebooking, as we still have plenty of places left to explore and wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. We all loved it ❤️Xxx
